-⠀ Today’s workout - Bodyweight circuit ⠀
1. Ground to overhead
2. Reverse lunge with a knee tuck
3. Burpee to plate ⠀ ⠀
4. Plate sit ups
5. Squat and press
6. Tricep extensions
7. In-out jumping jacks ⠀
Perform: ⠀ 40secs work/20 secs rest 1 round through⠀
30secs work/15 secs rest 1 round through ⠀
15secs work/10 secs rest 1 round through⠀ ⠀
These may be a little on the 🌶 spicy side for some, so adapt and modify as needed and if you need a regression, I’m happy to talk you through them⠀
