My home studio is kitted out with everything we need to deliver effective, dynamic, and varied sessions. Barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, cardio kit, a squat rack, cable machine and more – it’s all here to support your strength, mobility, and conditioning.

1:1 and Small Group Options

  • 1:1 Personal Training: Individualised coaching with a full focus on YOU. Perfect for those wanting personalised guidance, structured programming, and accountability.

  • Small Group Training (2-4 people): Share the experience with friends, partners, or like-minded individuals. Still get expert coaching, but with the added energy and motivation of a group atmosphere – and a more cost-effective option too.
