Try this hitt workout 🔥


4 rounds of 30secs each station, 2 mins rest after each round:


1. Pause press ups

2. Child’s pose with leg through

3. Hollow hold

4. Ghekos

5. Squat walks with a tuck jump

6. Reverse plank with leg lifts
