I was spending a fortune on treats for pre workout snacks, so I have made this to try!!


A simple, scrummy and savvy low calorie snack that packs a punch for the carbs needed for training

80g Cheerios

30g smooth peanut butter

50ml maple syrup (4 tbs6)

2 scoops vanilla protein (use my code for discount!)

20g dark choc
