You have two choices here with this one, you can break this into supersets or make it a circuit type session. Idea with the superset is no rest between the two exercises but then rest 45-60 secs between sets and this will focus on core and strength, building basically . Or you can go circuit style on it. Which looks like 1st round, 40 secs on/20 secs off 2nd round, 30 secs on/15 secs off 3rd round, 20 secs on/10 secs off. This will work all over but predominantly bring you a good old school cardiovascular dominant session.


Which one will you chose???


Supersets looks like so:- SS1 A) behind back tricep extensions 3x12 (e.a) B) straight arm press to hips 3x 10 SS2 A) hollow knee to elbow extensions 3x12 B) knees to elbows into downward dog 3x8 SS3 A) backward lunges into s.l plyo jump 3x10 (e.l) B) high knees 3x50 SS4 A) hollow straight arm/leg touch & ext 3x10 B) core crushers 3x16
