65CALS - COOKIE 🍪 DOUGH PROTEIN BALLS | 10MINS | 18 balls | with Jess Wilson PT

If you are anything like me then you have a huge sweet tooth. So I have been trying (* and tasting- the best part of the job) to recreate a healthier way of satisfying my cravings And this one, you will LOVE... cookie dough protein balls, rammed full of goodness and only 65cals per ball (yes, you read that right. I know, I know, thank me later!)


These little beauties are the perfect pre/post workout snack, scrummy treat, or small dessert. You need just 8 ingredients and 10 mins of time!


Simple, scrummy and savvy on the waistline and the budget.


Makes approx 20 balls | suitable for freezing and only 65 cals per ball.


Ingredients:


1 scoop vanilla protein powder (grab the code to my protein to get money off - below)

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup almond flour

3 TBSP maple syrup

1/2 TSP cinnamon

1 TBSP almond milk

1/4 TSP salt

3 TBSP choc chips


Method:


Pop all the ingredients in a bowl (apart from the choc chips) and give it a good mix, this will require a shed load of arm muscle guys. Once it's mixed well, add the chop chips, and again, mix in well. You can then use a spoon to scoop out some of the mixture. Squeeze together in your hands and then roll into balls.
